Make time-sensitive decision on short & long term rate, commission, fee with Consortia's and other online channels and GDS providers by using revenue (yield) management strategy, pricing and distribution model, tactics analysis on competition, forecasting, booking pace, inventory control to maximize revenue per available room. Analyze statements/report and operations to find solution for financial function and generate special projects by advanced management control methods to improve decision making efficiency in resource allocation, cost and profit measurement, and ad hoc reporting.
